  - Clean and cut the mushrooms.
  - Finely dice the onions.
  - Finely dice the garlic.
  - Chop the thyme.

  - Add the mushrooms and fry until cooked, about 3 to 4 minutes.

  - Add the white wine to deglaze the pan.
  - Add the cream to the pan.
  - Add the mustard to the pan.
  - Add the worcestershire sauce to the pan.
  - Add the thyme to the pan.
  - Add the pepper to the pan.
  - Stir everything together, and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to thicken up.
