Significantly reduce the modules shipped by default
Many of these modules served duplicate purposes, and did not seem to be
that important to my average usecase for regular Raku use. Additionally,
the woke masses randomly deciding to change a branch name from time to
time to virtue-signal how much of a good boy they are did incurr
breakage every time I looked at Rakudo Star.
